Hamilton Tour Philadelphia: Old City, Independence Hall & Liberty Bell
A free, tip-based walking tour through Historic Philadelphia, where the United States was born and where Alexander Hamilton laid the foundations of America's financial future. Together we'll walk the streets where history was made and see how one immigrant helped shape a nation that would become a global superpower.
Along the way, we'll meet Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Betsy Ross, Robert Morris, Thomas Jefferson, and other Founding Fathers. We'll separate legend from history, uncover hidden stories, and see why Philadelphia became the stage for some of the most important decisions in American history.
Follow Alexander Hamilton's extraordinary journey — from a poor immigrant from the Caribbean to George Washington's most trusted aide, and America's first Secretary of the Treasury. Learn how he built the country's financial system, founded the First Bank of the United States, and helped turn a fragile group of states into one stable nation.
The walk is mostly flat, about 1.5 miles, with plenty of stops to rest and take photos.
